Mont Clare apartment is clean and it gave me a sense of privacy. In a way, it is like a home away from home. I find the cost to be affordable as well. It is also situated near the Queens Park, making morning and evening walks easy and pleasant. All in all, I have no hesitation recommending it to family and friends. Well done!!!

Comfortable apartment with great ameneties

it took us twenty minutes from the airport to the apartment. we were given early check in at about twelve. although the floor was still wet due to cleaning by the housekeeper, the apartment was clean. our kids loved the spacious floor. we asked for 1st floor since we have kids and brought our mom along; however, at night we could clearly hear noises/loud voices from people or vehicles (especially the garbage truck) walking/driving past the apartment. the amenities in the apartment was well equipped and we cooked almost every night since the was a nearby grocery store runs by a chinese family. the store also sells halal meat (one of the main reason why we chose mont clare. the bus stops were conveniently located so the trip to the cbd took less than 10 minutes. overall. we feel that this apartment has served us well.
Restaurant Tip:
for muslim travellers, there is a convenient store that sells halal meat and a halal kebab kiosk just about 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Great hotel but room rather old

We were quite disappointed with the old apartment where both beds are too soft for sleeping comfort. Carpet & sofa quite old & is time to replace and upgrade.
For long stay of more than 2 days - is not a best choice despite of good location & relatively cheap.
But quality is poor and packing space is so limited.

A very comfortable stay in a good Perth location. The hotel has good facilities with a Gym and Swimming Pool. Parking is very convenient being right next door to reception. Only downfall is lack of any in house restaurants, but location is good so restuarants and cafes are within easy stroll. Very secure

Comfortable self-contained apartments with all we required. Secure undercover parking. Conveniently located near free city bus service made it easy to visit Perth at night without taking the car. Friendly and helpful service however reception was only staffed until 6PM and after that you relied on other guests to answer your questions and your swipe cards for entries.

Average accommodation, not worth the 4 star grading & overpriced. Like the Private kitchen & laundry facilities. Hard to sleep with the loud banging of doors from surrounding apartments.
