Handy to the Mitchell Freeway and within a few moments' walk of the exhibition center, Mounts Bay Waters Apartment provides suite-style accommodation with full amenities. The free CAT bus stops close by, bringing guests into the city center (only ten minutes away on foot) or to nearby Subiaco's small but pleasant pub and restaurant scene. For photo opportunities and family picnics, it would be hard to go past the adjacent King's Park where native flora and fauna provide a backdrop to a collection of Australian war memorials.

The unit is new,cozy, nice, tidy and spacious. The amenities are not complete. Once we reach the apartment unit we felt as if we are home.We enjoyed the view from our unit,the living room was wide,it was wide enough to play dodgeball.The fact that Kings park is just across our apartment makes it great as we could visit the park by just walking.I enjoy sleeping as the bed is very comfy and soft,although might need some work but overall it's a great stay.

Spacious rooms, own balcony, close to the convention centre (my was a business stay)as well as still being close to the city. Friendly and helpful staff and a good value option for apartment accommodation in Perth. Can't really think of one. These apartments were perfectly located for our stay in Perth for a conference at the convention centre. The rooms were spacious, self-contained and nicely appointed and were excellent value for money in apartment-style accommodation which is always preferable when staying somewhere for a week. It's also located for excellent access to major roads north, south and east to the airport. I didn't eat in the restaurant but did enjoy the breakfast in the downstairs bistro area. The gym and tennis court also looked to be good but I didn't have time to use them. I'd certainly stay there again - excellent value for money.
Shopping Tip : There are a couple of little convenience stores and a bottle shop within immediate walking distance which are really handy for self-catering.

Clean, spacious, location. Mounts Bay Water Apartments in Perth is located on the edge of the city, a good walk from the centre. We rented a two bedroom apartment for my wife and I, and our two teenage children. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Our only gripes were (1) although there was undercover parking available, it was quite difficult to find a non-private space; and (2) being environmentally minded, we were happy to re-use our towels, and hung them on the rails accordingly, unfortunately the cleaning staff issued us new towels.
