Overpriced hotel in West Perth

We picked this hotel for our one night stay in Perth. It was on the lower end in terms of price for accommodation in Perth, but it was quite disappointing. There were ants on the wall, the bathroom was extremely small, and the walls were not soundproof at all. For this type of accommodation, I should have paid $100 AUD at the most, but it was more than twice that.
