Additional cost for overnight parking in Hotel parking area (AUD26)
Expensive in-house breakfast. I wanted a hotel near the airport because of late flight arrival. Novotel Langley seemed to fit the bill but was very surprised at the cost of overnight parking in their own facility plus the breakfast charge of AUD80 for 2 people semed excessive in the low season. Not impressed overall with this.

clean room. friendly helpful staff most of the power points didn't work. reverse cycle didnt work either the room was ready early for check in. the room was clean and modern. you had to pay $25 for 24 hr parking, which is excessive when you're staying at the hotel.Great pub Finnians, good food, friendly bar staff, good band playing.hotel staff were helpful, but needed more than one person when its check out time, had to wait ages toget served.

Gym or not to gym feature in the room, where you can practice yoga (yoga mat is provided upon request) with yoga classes on your TV. Extremely poor service. Bed is small. No one greets you. Hate the location. I dislike the location and the hotel service. Laundry was not picked up, called twice and ended up sending it down to the reception. No one to help you with luggage, scent of the lobby was unpleasant. The Irish Bar with NO service at all, had to clean my own table, order from the bar and pick up everything by myself. I will not ever stay there anymore!
Restaurant Tip : There's a deli behind the hotel like a convenient store, prepares excellent chicken mayo sandwich. I will never forget that!

Nice, new and clean, conveniently located - 10-minute walk from all the interesting places in Perth. I wonder when hotel owners will understand that a wireless internet in the rooms is more important than a minibar and that giving it to the guests for free (as they do in the lobby) will give them much for almost no effort. I also couldn't understand how the Friday night live music from the Irish pub on the ground level could be so audible on the third floor, but fortunately it all stopped before midnight. Otherwise - just perfect. I was visiting Perth for just 2 days, arriving with a night flight from Hong Kong. Showing at the hotel reception minutes after 9 a.m. I was really pleased to see how they tried and in less than 10 minutes they found a room for me almost 5 hours before the official check-in time. Might seem a small detail, but gave me a so needed chance to refresh after the long flight and before the long and busy day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want a chance for the best skyline view of Perth, make sure you go to the bell tower before 18:00 - it closes just that early.

Really nice - stylish, comfortable rooms, the beds were wonderful (fell asleep almost immediately!), great location in the city, good value for money. Had a bit of sticker shock at the cost of the breakfast buffet - A$15 more than ordering a full breakfast in the room? Wasn't sure I understood that but sorted it by ordering breakfast in the room! That was the only thing though. Really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Langley - comfortable, stylish and good value for money; we were very pleased. As above, the beds were wonderful (and there were two of them!), the service was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located very centrally which made getting around very easy. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Fantastic views. Access to the intranet. Gym. Breakfast was overpriced. Entertainment for guests was extremely limited. In general our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was nice and clean, staff were very friendly. On checking out we experienced problems with our bill as they tried to tell us our nights stay costs were different per night even though we had prepaid so they honored this in the end.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very central for shopping and getting to the harbour for boat trips.

Good location, close to CBD. Free buses block and a half away to take you to CBD, waterfront, or restaurants.
Nice pedestrian mall in CBD.
Travel tip : Great city to visit. Staff at hotel very friendly.
