pros - 1 queen bed, 2 single beds in 1 room. iron facilities and hot water electric kettle provided. friendly reception staff, free broadband in room.
cons - not much food choices nearby, room seemed a bit old, wardrobe had a smell. gym wasnt open. bed was really soft, so were the pillows; not good news for people with back problems.
Nightlife Tip:
Food options can be found at Hays Street, but a taxi ride is needed.

The Hotel is very short-handed, the waiter is a jack of all trades and is very efficient - no choice. The room was very barely furnished and set up was impractical necessitating a very long internet cable to connect your lap top and wall point.
Shopping Tip:
take the free cat buses from behind the hotel for your shopping rounds in the cbd area.

This hotel is close to shopping centre. An outdoor parking lot is behind the building. I was not unhappy when my car park under the sun espectially in a summer time. Beside that I think a hotel room rate was too expensive compared to others.

good clean hotel with reasonably sized rooms but rather basic decor and layout. convenient location near the city centre with good parking facilities (albeit at an extra but moderate charge). very helpful staff and well maintained rooms. however decor is now a little dated and hotel could use some refurbishment.

my first impression was that i'd stepped into the 1970's, the hotel needs some modernisation! but it was clean, staff were helpful and the restaurant served really good food. it was about a 20minute to walk to the main cbd area but free buses run frequently. wouldn't take much to make it a great hotel for perth standards.

it looks like it has staid back in the 50ies and everything is cheap, cheap, cheap. it actually is amazing that they are able to be competitive in this way...
