We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights after visiting margaret river region and south west region.
Room was clean but the bathroom abit outdated. Parking is $12/day with multiple entries which is reasonable. Staff was abit frustrated when checking on the hotel parking

Went to Perth for a short business trip. All major buildings are accessable by walking, fast check-in (even if we arrive at midnight) and smooth check-out. Didn't try the breakfast therefore no comment on it. Complimentary wi-fi at the lobby is great.

I expected more of the Corporate room, nothing corporate about it. The bathroom is very outdated. The bed however was quite comfy. Overall a good hotel as it is centrally located.

Perth is renown for ridicuously expensive hotels and this very old and very basic three star hotel was the cheapest around and at a fraction under night awful compared to almost anywhere else in Australia. It had an awful musty smell and in the bathroom it was worse. Carpet old and faded , furniture old, cheap and looking worse for wear. The room was freezing and the heating did not work. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and there was a modern flat screen television. I would not stay there again unless I had no other choice.
