We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights after visiting margaret river region and south west region.
Room was clean but the bathroom abit outdated. Parking is $12/day with multiple entries which is reasonable. Staff was abit frustrated when checking on the hotel parking

this is the second time we stayed here. this is one of the more "reasonably" priced hotels in perth, considering the overall high price of any hotel in perth. we stayed on a weekend which resulted in much better rates than weekdays. the hotel is clean and the rooms are large. the interior style is a bit strange and feels a bit dated, but it was an ok place for a short stay.

One of the less expensive hotels in Perth central business area on the weekends. The rooms are basic but clean. The decor is a bit dated, but didn't really matter to us. Parking was reasonable at $12/day compared to other options in CBD. Free internet was also a rarity at other hotels. Extra roll-away bed was pricy at $24/day.

Overpriced and poor service

i arrived at the hotel at 2a.m. after a flight from brisbane. after asking a porter to help me with my luggage, he proceeded to lecture me on how much clothing my child was wearing. my son was dressed in long sleeves, and in a carrier on my body. i could tell that he was perfectly warm for the quick trip from the car to the hotel lobby. for this person to however take it upon himself to tell me how i should care for my child, i found to be incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. on top of that, the room didn't look like the photos and the pipes were clearly old and made noises throughout the evening which made it difficult to sleep. i felt the the hotel was very expensive for what was on offer and will definitely not be staying there again.

THe hotel is not that fancy but a good one if you are looking for a place just to stay. It is close to bus stops (to/from) going to CBD and the fare is free. THe restaurant for brekky is nice with yummy brekky items and very accommodating staff.

Reasonable hotel with very reasonable prices for city centre hotel. The staff were helpful, and the parking was the best rate in the city (some hotels charge up to night for parking), as this hotel charges only night. Rooms are clean and in OK condition.

这个酒店位置一流，离CBD很近，走路几分钟就到了天鹅河。去码头也在走路范围内。
但是房间看不到天鹅河，有点遗憾。
房间很干净，但是没有厨房，是我们在澳洲惟一一间煮不了饭的酒店，标准的商务酒店。
酒店的停车是需要12澳元的，虽然外面可以停车，只要在9点以前开走就可以。老公还是觉得放在酒店会安全一些。
