I have stayed at The Marque twice now. On both occasions I have been very impressed with my room and the hotel in general. I am a prolific traveller and have to say that The Marque's rooms are beautifully presented. To be frank I have stayed in hotels that are classified as five star and woild not compare well with The Marque.Until two years ago I lived in Perth. Now when I come to Perth I always need to find somewhere to stay. Unfortunately I always have to shop around trying to find the best deal.
Travel tip:
I am not a regular traveller but if I was I would like to say that The Marque is a wonderful place to stay.

Pleasant small scale apartment hotel
Convenient to CBD and Kings Park

Rooms were pleasant but kitchen lacked facilities the most important one being PLUMBING. No sink no running water. We were charged full rate for an incompletely renovated apartment.

Newly renovated rooms bring this hotel up a notch

easy off street parking, good location and easy walking to the bell tower, swan river, kings park and northbridge. newly renovated rooms are welcomed, the hotel is still having renovations done but no noise was heard on my visit.

A fine hotel with large rooms and good service

The hotel is clean and convenient. For me a bit far from the airport as I was just over the night there, so taxi too and from the airport was almost as much as the night in hotel itself. The walk to the water is short and scenic. All in all I can recommend except for the distance from the airport...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The view of the ocean side beach and trees is fabulous - that is all I got to really do or see while in Perth for 10 hours only.

A great surprise

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and i will deffinately be looking to stay here again.
the hotel is conveniently located at the west end of the CBD and is a short walk to many top restaurants, bars and the shopping strips.
the room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and roomy, and with the facilities to stay in and cook it would be perfect for a longer stay.
the bar and restaurant in the lobby looked nice too.
