Walking distance to everything, clean nice rooms. Restaurant was very good, a bit expensive tho. Parking was expensive also. The hotel was very clean and had a new feel to it. Average to poor, letting down it's great location

Badly designed room, with cracked basin in bathroom. Consider the hotel to be very average and
well below what it's location requires. No tourist information in lobby had to go to Holiday Inn across the road for that information. No porter and very poor valet parking arrangements.

Nice room but no communication from staff

i was given an upgrade but was not informed that this included the use of the facilities on the 16th floor or that it also included breakfast. my booking form stated that breakfast was not included and when i was checking out i was then informed what the upgrade included, a bit late i should think?

Ask questions because the staff are not noted for communications
