Friendly staff. Modern up to date room that was cleaned everyday by the staff. My only complaint is that my room didn't have much of a view and the internet was way to expensive. During my short stay in AUS.I had a great stay at this hotel. its located in the heart of downtown Perth just minutes from the shopping area and pubs. The rooms were clean to my liking but didn't provide much of a view. If you want internet in your room you will have to pay a very expensive price. All and all I would stay in this hotel again when I visit Perth.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is located just one block from one of the main shopping areas.

Taps loose in Bathroom
Room service didn't really service room properly
Just felt a bit old! This was our last hotel of 5 after spending 3 weeks in Australia and it was our least favorite. Main reason being everything was a bit tatty and needed updating. Few fittings in the bathroom were loose and tatty, carpet in room felt and looked old and room service people were a bit lapse!. Don't get me wrong it was clean but we just felt compared to the others we have stayed in with lower ratings it was a bit shabby.
