Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

overall is good. if the window can be opened and let the fresh air to come in the room. i think this will be the additional advantage for the room and guest.

Terrible rooms and service
2
We arrived at this hotel at late Christmas night. We had booked a room with two double beds as it was myself, my 9 year old daughter and a friend staying in the room. We arrive at tge 1st room to find one double bed. We go back downstairs and are given another room key. In this room we find two single beds so back downstairs we go! It's nearly 2am on Boxing Day morning by now with a very tired 9 year old girl. We are told that's the best they can do unless we pay an extra $2e per night upgrade fee. We're exhausted and agree just to get some sleep. We said we will argue about the fee later. We get to room number three which has a double bed and a sofa bed but when we turn on the air conditioner it makes a terrible noise and smells like gas. Back downstairs we go. We are sent to room 4 for the night. This has a double bed, sofa bed, air conditioner that works but the bedding she supplied for the sofa bed was a pillow and 2 sheets. The sofa bed mattress had a big rip in it and you could see all the foam. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We left after one day. We are waiting for a refund for the second night.

Central hotel however very expensive wifi
Affordable, clean rooms and central location

The room suited our purposes for the night. Car bays are limited however we managed to get one and also managed to get early checkin which was useful.
I have been recently travelling and found wifi connection generally is free however expensive at the Somerset.

central location and a huge room
Spacious hotel, great location

don't have any complaints about the hotel. the one thing that took us by surprise was the amount of space we had in the room. we got the studio for us two girls, and we could've fit at least 2 more on the couch.
honestly, loved the location most of all. it was pretty central.
and the service was efficient. we arrived a little past 6am and were allowed to check in by 9am, and the receptionist pointed us to a 24-hour diner a few blocks away where we whiled away the time.

close to city center, with a kitchen inside the room that can be usefull. the hotel was a bit old, i ask for a parking lot but once i checked in the staff say there were no more parking available (public parking is more than 30 aud per day). the room has only a very small window...loking into a wall...and was quite dark. not bad but for sure nothing execptional for the money
Nightlife Tip:
go to northbridge for a drink and some asian food, remember to bring a photo ID or passport with you as to enter the clubs the security is quite tough. the city is quite small, so you can just walk there.

Horrible Hotel
There was nothing I liked.
2
This is a horrible hotel! My experience with them was so unpleasant that I would never stay at any of their hotels again no matter what. The only reason I didn't go to another hotel was because my stay was only 2 nights and the charge was non-refundable. The staff is rude, the hotel is horrible, and the service sucks royally. They get an big 'F' from me.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't park in front of the hotel even if the staff tells you to. The police WILL give you a ticket.
