East Perth is so nice and the hotel is ideally located in a nice neighbourhood with a brilliant bay out back. The free CAT bus will get you into town in 20 minutes

Quiet part of Perth but easy access to airport

Surprised that cleaning of room once every 3 days!, Also very few handlers in cupboard..convenient to have a small kitchenette
Wifi free and very fast and strong
Shower strong but because of half shower glass bathrooms tends to get very wet
Suitable for guests who want to do business in East Perth or near to Burswood. Easier access via Graham Farmers highway
Room charges on weekdays high for what you get
Travel tip:
Useful minimarts across road and some interesting restaurants nearby

Wanted a change from the standard hotel room with very limited room, self contained at Sebel was a great change the choive of 2 living areas with a sun deck overlooking the river was pefect. With the aded fact of self-contained wit great BBQ facilities gave me option to cooking if I wanted to.

Great choice of food from casual to take away options,

overall it was relaxing. but most of the rooms are above a tavern. so if you are facing the river you will get the tavern noise. but it ended about 11pm.
however a river boat obviously booked for a party came up the inlet at 1am with the music blaring!! why would a hired river boat even contemplating cruising up an enclosed inlet which is surrounded by residents and apartments! the thumping of the music made me sit upright in bed. i was not too impressed with the cruise company. however the hotel should have some kind of agreement in place with these cruises to say they shouldnt be allowed up the inlet. crazy.

my wife and i recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in the hotel. the reception and housekeeping staff were very welcoming and accomodating. we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious apartment with great kitchenette ameneties. there was a great choice of restaurants and bars available within a short walk from the hotel - we highly recommend a meal at partisan - and the perth cbd is easily accessible by cat or taxi. overall, an enjoyable and comfortable stay - thank you.

Right by the water and great view from the river view rooms

the sebel is right by the water at south cove, the room is a good size and the bed in very comfy. bathroom is clean and the shower is good too. if you like to watch tv on an evening before going out and a big sport fan you'll be set...
great places to eat very close by.
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast at Ba Ba Black is a must!
