Excellent place to stay

The front desk staff, David and Micheal were friendly and very helpfull. Our appartment was on the 14th floor. It was serviced by two efficient elevators. Security was very effective due to the key system. The room was excellent. Washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave oven, stove end even an oven. There was a large flatscreen tv and a DVD player. We had a view of the Harbour bridge, which was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of wardrobe space. We really loved this place. In fact I would say it is, by far, the best accommodation I have ever stayed in.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is located 100m from Circular Quay. So so central to every thing

Good apartment overall
The room was clean, location is the super good.

the room is clean, size is big enough even my room is only studio size. all equipment is ready. the location is very very good as it is very close to circular quay, only 2 minutes by walking. the only thing is the air condition have problem . next time, i will also stay again.

For first time visitors to Sydney the apartment's location was ideal. 2 minutes walk to Circular Quay. Our apartment had a view of the harbour bridge. Having a washing machine in the room and small gym in the complex was also useful. Only slight issue was with the air con not working properly.

great views overlooking sydney harbour bridge, close to circular quay and bus routes, steersons was a great restaurant. handy convenience stores for milk, cereal etc. apartment was a little tired decoration wise but beds were very comfy and air con was great. kitchen and bathroom were adequate but bathroom did smell damp but i think this was from the washing machine as there door is obviously kept closed, drains did smell also. shame there was no room servicing with only being booked in for 3 nights but when asked they did supply the extra loo rolls and tea and sugar that we needed.
Restaurant Tip:
Steersons on Bridge street great food, Phillip's Foote on George street, The Rocks steaks also great, don't just judge the place on initial impression go through to the back.

we were very happy with our apartment. It was clean and everything we needed was in the apartment. The only problem we had was we arrived on a sunday and there was no concierge.Fortunately we found the housekeeping lady and she let us in. We could walk to the opera house and the harbour bridge from our apartment. Also it is very close to the Rocks area which has a lot of nice restaurants and cafes.
Travel tip:
if you book to arrive on a sunday you should ring beforehand to get the combination to get your room key which is in a safe.

we stayed for 4 nights in the aea bridgeport apartments. the location was excellent only a few minutes walk from circular quay, the railway station and ferry terminal. sydney harbour bridge and the opera house were just around the corner. our studio apartment was of a reasonable size, comfortable and well equipped. the only issue was that there was no-one on the reception desk when we arrived at 3 in the afternoon and we could not enter the building due to the security door, this caused a 20 minute wait.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
consider buying a 'mymulti' ticket when you arrive at the airport. at $65 for a week it was excellent value on most trains, buses and ferries.

Excellent Location and Good Price

It's the location that's the clincher with this accommodation. You are within 5 minutes walk from Circular Harbour station and close proximity to the Opera House and Sydney Harbour bridge.
We had 2 apartments. My mother stayed for 2 days in a superior class one bedroomed one and we stayed for 6 days in a basic one bedroomed apartment. Obviously, the superior one was nicer, but ours was more than adequate for our needs as we weren't there much. They both had all you could need including laundry facilities and basic cooking too if that's you wanted to do.
The only iffy thing for us was that we arrived on a Sunday when the reception was unmanned and the only access was via a swipe card. Luckily another resident let us in. My husband tried calling the number left on the reception desk to sort out keys, but was struggling as the reception quality of the phone was so poor. However, fortuitously, house keeping appeared and accessed a safe which required a code and gave us our keys. Apparently, the booking company should have given us this information upfront, so it was their problem - nothing to do with AEA apartments.
When the reception was manned, the staff were very helpful and went our of their way to sort out a couple of other issues we had to do with keys.

Very well fitted out appartment with all equipment for a comfortable stay. Very clean and well prepared although some of furnishings a little tired. Convenient location close to Circular Quay and on free 555 bus route too.
Shopping Tip:
Food is very expensive in Sydney, avoid small convenience stores. Best place for lunch was City Market near Darling Harbour. Mercantile Hotel at the Rocks good for no fuss friendly service good value evening meal
