Have stayed on numerous occasions and very dissappointed that was charged for an early
checkin. Staff member said our room was ready but had to pay for an early checkin.Staff would be better advised to say your room is not ready but for a early checkin fee we have another room available. Same staff member rang our room at 9-50am to ask what time we were
checkin out. Probably our last stay at their property for us.
