great location. clean rooms.
only the concierge could answer questions about places to go for tourists. other staff did not seem too knowledgeable.
Overall, it is a very good hotel. Probably just a tad below the likes of Four Seasons, Intercontinental, etc. Location was very good (close to Circular Quay and the Rocks) and also quiet. Breakfast is quite expensive, although we got ours included in our package. The rooms are very clean and contains all the basic necessities. Internet charges are expensive, though.
Hotel Feature Tip : Perhaps some variety to the buffet breakfast would make it better (it is the same every day for our total 5-day stay).

Very good location
Nice bathroom
over priced compared to hotels in other cities
lack of hotel toiletries
Wasnt very luxurious for the high price
Hotel was in an excellent location, close to George Street and The Opera House. It was very expensive compared with equivalent hotels in other cities, and the amenities didnt seem adequate for the price.
