i stayed on level 1 room, room size is big around 30sqm with a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer.
Room is clean but with a few small insects.
Noisy roadside especially when you stay on the low floor with buses passing by

We liked the big layout of the apartment. It had everything from washing machine n dryer, kitchen utensils, dish washer and daily housekeeping. The bed was big and spacious and There was even a balcony area with large windows. There are many bars and restaurants in the area, which is great for party goers. Otherwise, can expect lots of noise in the night esp on weekends. There is a small shopping centre within walking distance (3 minutes) with foods and amenities like Fitness First, video rental and Coles supermarket. There were separate areas for dining, living room, kitchen etc. There are also bus stops nearby and King Cross train station 3 minutes away. We liked staying here overall, but the only thing that irked us the most were the cockroaches. I’m not sure if it was because we were staying on the second floor but there were a few cockroaches. We told the staff and they helped spray the room but that only killed a few, the next day, more appeared. We tried killing them and eventually they didn’t appear anymore. We stayed there for 5 nights and only the 5th night was best with no cockroaches. The staff was friendly though and helped us with directions and maps.

It is located near subway and many good local restaurants, bars and clubs.
You can cook or do laundry by yourself. This greatly reduces the cost for a living in Sydney.
It takes only 10-15 minutes walk to Sydney harbor or Oxford street.
Checking in or out is very convenient.
Staffs are friendly and willing to help with anything.

We moved from the 1 appartment room to the Studio room . Although slightly smaller it was very nice ,well equiped and airy. Superb value for money. Ideal for a longer stay.

We enjoyed staying this apartment! The staff were very helpful and they cleaned the room everyday. It is very close to train staion, hop on-off tour bus stop and supermarket. Although it is in King's cross, we did not hear noise at night. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment, and we would like to stay there again.

Just the right side of Kings Cross thankfully

Was reasonable value for money and was thankfully just the right side of Kings Cross to get to at night without having to walk down the main drag. Please note the checkin policy,as if you arrive in Sydney out of regular office hours, you could well be stuck waiting for their staff to arrive unless you want to pay a surcharge to keep them waiting for your arrival.
As many others have mentioned, noise is somewhat of a problem and the windows offer little or no protection from the traffic and passing foot traffic, but was liveable if you have experienced other Asian cities.
Apartment did have a smoky odour (not sure what their policy is on smoking) which may have been an issue for others, but again, liveable for me personally.

Big and clean rooms at convenient location

At first I was a bit apprehensive about staying at a service apartment cos usually the rooms are not as clean as hotels'. I must say that the room was big and clean. We were happy about it. Plus the washing machine came in handy when we got wet after our jet boating.
The wall is rather thin though. So you always know when people are coming in and out. We can also smell the cooking by our next door neighbour. Being located near Kings Cross also mean that we did hear the sound of siren at times. But it doesn't really bother us.
The apartment is near Potts Point and there are pretty cool restaurants around the area. We are frequent visitors of Sysney and I don't mind staying here again.

Very good value for money.
The rooms are a little bit tired, and there is lots of noise on a Saturday night (not surprising given the location), but you are getting a fair amount for what you pay for.
The kitchen and washing machine are very useful for longer term stays. It's also a short walk to Potts Point where you can buy a lot of very good food to eat out, or either cook at 'home'.
Staff are friendly and helpful too.
