Very good location, just a few minutes from city centre, cbd and harbour bay. Transportation is not a problem because buses, taxis passes by almost every minutes. Hotel services also superb,spacious and comfortable.

The internet charge should be based on time spend. The balance should not be forfeited even though we only used only a 10 minutes and the balance 50 minutes gone after 1 hour.

The front office services are excellence, fast check-in without any hassle. The officers are very polite and courtiers. The concierge too are so helpful especially when ones requires additional information on visit to places of interest. In fact he suggested the best tour operator and the best place to visit among the long list as our stay is limited. Due to this we even extended our stay another 4 days.

location was very central to many of the highlights of sydney

i could not for the life of me figure out the a/c in the room.

over all i was very pleased with the hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was awesome. just a short walk to oxford street to catch all the festivities of mardi gras. st. george street was just down the road with lots of shopping. over all the room was pretty amazing, although i did have trouble figuring out the a/c in the room, but that was minor. very clean and spacious. i would definitely stay here again.
