Extremely friendly helpful staff at all times. Polite,and spoke good English.A very homely sort of place,felt comfortable in all areas. None,although the airconditioning was a bit tricky to get right...a bit noisy at night We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the past and Bayview Boulevard was much better even though it is rated as a 4 star. We particularly appreciated the friendly but not over the top attitude of the staff who were very efficient and couldn't do enough for us. We were there to mind our two grandchildrew,aged 3yrs and one 6months while their mother was doing a course. The staff on the desk managed to give us a very early check in so that we had a room to go to when they checked out of theirs. They were very helpful and the staff on the concierge were similarly very helpful,on check out a great physical help to the car with all the luggage and another staff member advising us where to eat at night. The room was very comfortable and when we had a problem getting the TV to work,the maintenance man who was due to go off soon after our request for help was in our room very promptly. Also we requested a bath plug,and that was delivered expressly. Well done to the management,we'll be back

The hotel is located very close to City and Opera house and many parks and resturants are whithin a short walk. so i can say the location is great.
the staff were very friendly and nice. Room was really below the standard, there were no drinking water in room and you had to use the water from bathroom or buy from outside,
There is no carpark and if you need one you may have to pay extra $25 per night.

overall the hotel is below standard, i can say it is the same as 3 star hotels i would never stay at this hotel again, it is big waste of money,

Very clean and well maintained room, big flat screen which was a big plus Would be great if windows opened - even a little for fresh air Positioned perfectly for us in the middle of the action corner william and crown st. Short walk to the cross and darlinghurst. Very well maintained and clean hotel it was a pleasure staying there. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed a different room layout. Even though it was fully booked they still helped us - thank you, will return the next time we are having a night in town

Very good location, just a few minutes from city centre, cbd and harbour bay. Transportation is not a problem because buses, taxis passes by almost every minutes. Hotel services also superb,spacious and comfortable. The internet charge should be based on time spend. The balance should not be forfeited even though we only used only a 10 minutes and the balance 50 minutes gone after 1 hour. The front office services are excellence, fast check-in without any hassle. The officers are very polite and courtiers. The concierge too are so helpful especially when ones requires additional information on visit to places of interest. In fact he suggested the best tour operator and the best place to visit among the long list as our stay is limited. Due to this we even extended our stay another 4 days.

location was very central to many of the highlights of sydney i could not for the life of me figure out the a/c in the room. over all i was very pleased with the hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was awesome. just a short walk to oxford street to catch all the festivities of mardi gras. st. george street was just down the road with lots of shopping. over all the room was pretty amazing, although i did have trouble figuring out the a/c in the room, but that was minor. very clean and spacious. i would definitely stay here again.
