Quiet, close to the beach with indoor carpark.
Close to the beach, indoor carpark available, clean comfortable rooms

The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not serviced everyday.
walking distance to the beach, and can be a bit noisy for rooms facing the beaches as its right beside the main roads - people travelling with young children may want to book non ocean views
kitchen is well equipped.
Hotel staffs are not 24/7 available so you may need to adjust accordingly.

a very disappointing experience

this was without a doubt the dirtiest, least maintained property I have ever stayed in.
the carpet was more stain than carpet, general cleanliness was terrible, mildew all over the carpet in the bedroom, milk in the fridge was rotten.
on complaining to the staff on checkout I was told he would look at the room himself and call me and of course I received no call.
I would NEVER!! stay at this property again!!
