This is a very good 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star. Housekeeping was superb and beds are clean & comfortable. The experience can be better if attention can be paid to small but important items such as making shower cap and slippers available for guests. Although the hotel is quite centrally located, it's surrounded by a lot of pubs and shops which aren't suitable for children, although a police station is located just across the hotel. We were particularly disturbed on one morning by a drunken group who marched into a nearby fast food restaurant and making scary remarks. Overall it did not impact our experience but families with young children may not find the hotel ideal.

Value for money
The hotel is near the train stations and near Hyde Park and St Mary's Cathedral. The room is spacious and has a storage area to put in your luggages.
