The rooms were huge! Easy access to the free downtown shuttle and other buses as well as central station. A lot of confusion about the internet service. Is it free in the lobby or not? Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Free shuttle takes you right down to the harbor to see the Opera House and bridge.

breakfast overpriced for the quality nice location, they can arrange bookings for tours for the same price as others, and staff helpful.
the only withdraw is the breakfast that is too expensive for the quality (but the dinner was good though!)

good location, big room, clean, quick check in, helpful staff Our room is big, very clean, and look new. The hotel location is very close to central station and china town, there is also paddy's market nearby. Easy walk around city. When we arrived early 7 am morning, we got our room ready and only 5 min check in process. The staff was also very helpful show us how to walk around the city. We didnt take the breakfast package so have no comment.

Hotel is 3 Star standard. Price is reasonable, location is near to Central station.
The staff of this hotel in charge of luggage (I am not sure he is bell boy or not) very polite and he is the star of the hotel. The room we booked is for 3 persons but towels everyday arranged for us only for 2, even we remind everyday but once we back hotel we must call to reception to deliver one more for us. Mean they are not professional at all. Room is OK but not very clean, 3 star hotel standard.
Bell boy is the best and giving me best impression.

Great location. Stayed for three days. The staff is very pleasant and always willing to help. It was a pleasant stay, rooms are not overwhelm decorated, nice and warm ambiance Location is great, easy to get around. 15 minutes to the Central Station and lots of restaurant within walking distance.

Good location, good frontdesk service. The room service is so so. They do not change the sheet every day. The best place of this hotel are two parts. One part, its location. It is just a few minutes walk from China town and Central Station. You have easy access to shopping center and many good restuarnts.

Centrally located to all amenities. Good location. Very convenient and within walking distance to Chinatown, Haymarket, Darling Harbour, Shopping strips. Save you from looking for expensive parking in CBD.
2 Queen beds option good for extra children at no extra cost. Room is very clean and spacious. Staff are friendly. Do not need to worry of no car park space after late night outings. Plenty of car parks that unable multi entries for 24 Hr period. Even after checking out. Will definitely choose to come back to Citigate Sydney Central again.

Modern, well appointed, good location The Citigate Central Hotel is located close to Central Station, the University, China Town, Entertainment Centre and the various convention centres and tourist attractions of Darling Harbour. The Hotel is modern and well appointed with a nice bar and restaraunt located down stairs.
Despite its good location, the Hotel is located in a small quiet street away from the busy thoroughfares just a block away. This is my second stay at the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel for either business or pleasure.

Rooms quite spacious. Very convenient as it's within walking distance to chinatown,shops and restaurants. hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
shower water flow is small. not many tv movies to watch except movies channel which you have to pay for viewing. Travel tip : Paddy market which is located just opposite the hotel has quite a lot of souvenirs to buy.

2 min away from Chinatown, situated in the city center, spacious room with a television, clean bathroom, restaurant with nice food. The Citigate Hotel is a hotel situated in the city center and only 2 minutes away from Chinatown, where the food is good. The room is spacious enough for 2 persons with a television with different channels. The bathroom is clean. The restaurant in the hotel provides with nice food and the breakfast is also nice. A fine hotel when you just need to be close to everything such as Chinatown, Harbour Bridge, Victoria Building and Darling Harbour to explore the city center of Sydney to the fullest.
Shopping Tip : Go to Paddy's Market if you want to buy nice and cheap souvenirs. Also nice to stroll around and shop for other things, such as clothing etc.
