Terrible!! If u want sleep don't stay here!

Really terrible! If u want to sleep don't bother staying here! Fluro lights outside room were so unbearable an bright they shone thru curtain an reflected off 2 big mirrors making sleep impossible and u can hear everything in adjoining rooms plus terrible traffic noise & male receptionist was awful! Seriously don't stay here I never will again

Old Building but Large Room

The hotel building is old, but with spacious room. Cleanliness is acceptable, not excellent. Staff service is average. Not in strategic location, however there are a few cafes around to get access to food easily. Besides that, can get taxi quite easily for those who are not driving.

we found out the nice place to stay in inner west of sydney city. it really a good place to stay with a whole family.
Shopping Tip:
Westfield Shopping Centre is nearby.

Great service and the location was fantastic

Loved my stay there but the room did need a little maintanence, the fridge had a laminex outer door that was falling off, other than that it was great.

iv stayed in this hotel before and the delux rooms which are much cheaper have a bath tub but the junior suite only had a small ensuite bathroom with a small shower that seems odd given that there are 2 seperate rooms.

good for family traveling. the apartment is spacious but the location is not very convenient.
Travel tip:
get a taxi to the hotel would be easier

I enjoyed the family feel atmosphere, the staff where all happy and friendly.
The staff were also very accommodating. (The staff let me order the courtesy bus within the 24hrs notice),The room was well appointed and had
everything working except a light at the bathroom mirror.
The safe was a good size. The bed was comfortable, room nice and dark.
Had a desk and reading light. Nice quality furniture.
the Bathroom- disabled, was huge and had a large bench top for toiletries
I borrowed 3 teapots without any bother
felt very privileged, thankyou
Shopping Tip:
There was a beautiful crystal shop across the road directly, extremely reasonable prices, by appointment though I pressed the buzzer at door and was let in . The very passionate shop owner spent quite a bit of time with me, I was very impressed and spent quite a bit. well worth a visit, she has a web site and sells online too. There is an IGA up the road.

The Hotel was good value but requires some new internal decor and softer beds. The bed was rock hard which is a common problem for cheaper hotels.
