Great place for all of those who are tired of staying in the busy CBD in Sydney. Coogee is a great location, the beach is fantastic for the little kids. Great pool, close to restaurants. You can't go wrong with Crowne Plaza.

Overall it was a good stay. I think the hotel is a bit dated, my room was quite small (had a river view room, which looked at the apartments next door.) Gym was sub par, pool also dated.
Excellent friendly staff, very helpful.

the room is spacious but the ocean view is not as what it advertised on the photos. you cant see the ocean from inside unless you go to the balcony. the bathroom is a bit dated.

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly, the room sizes ideal, a nice pool overlooking the sea. Then there was only a short walk to the beach and shops/cafes. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Coogee beach, a nice little beach. Not only can you swim at the beach but at both ends there are rock pools. There are also nice cliff top walks over looking the seas. Extremely picturesque.

We had a really good time staying at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly, they also offered us an upgrade to a ocean-view room for a good price but we didn't take it as we reckoned we were not going to stay in the room most of the day. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

i had a nice relaxing stay at the crowne plaza coogee. the location is terrific. the view from the balcony of the sunrise over the pacific is beautiful way to wake up. enjoyed the morning walk along the beach and path around the bay. morning swimmers taking the plunge looked so refreshing. the buffet breakfast offered delicious fresh fruit and plenty of healthy options as well as the sinful pastries. the staff were always polite and friendly offering guidance when needed to take the public transport to the city...easy bus service straight out the front.
great place to stay!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the walk from out the front of the hotel along the beach walking the approx 6km to Bondi beach. Beautiful!
