Clean, good customer services, free 24 hours business centre. Convenience, just 10 mins walk from Parramatta station and shopping centre, Westfield. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is clean and has enough space. The customer services are good. The business centre of the hotel is 24 hours and free of charge for Internet. The facilities of the business centre are useful. Such as copier, printer, scanner etc. I recommend this hotel to all business traveler.

Good Hotel, Staff friendly and helpful Couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel We were very happy with the hotel. The staff where friendly and very very helpful. We arrived at 30 Phillip St in Sydney to find that there was no Crown Plaza and in fact we were booked into Parramatta.
