The stadd were not "accommodating" if you'll forgive the pun, were short, slightly rude and again accused me of not having any money when both my card and my friend's card was declined due to an error on THEIR part!!! the place is nice, but nowhere near worth the hassle.

Was well received and I will use again. The apartment complex was selected mainly for it's closeness to public transport ( train and bus ). Reception is open 24 hrs and was ideal as my arrival was very late at night. The only down this visit was that their wi-fi was not working and I could not have internet access which is of importance to me.

Great access to transport and affordable
ROad rail and bus easily accessed. Food and entertainment nearly on the doorstep. A very reasonable rate.

Modern apartment at an excellent price

The apartment was excellent - modern, spacious and generally clean. The only negatives were the view from the balcony - on the left is the Sydney CBD which was great but straight ahead is another high rise apartment building - I could see right into people's homes and assume they could see right into my living room.
Others have complained that the rooms are not clean. Mine was very clean with two exceptions: there was a bad smell coming from the garbage disposal unit in the sink, and the shiny steel kitchen waste bin was smudged with grime.
Overall this apartment was excellent and at an outstanding price.

Apartments are fairly basic in design, no pictures on walls, felt a bit impersonal. Reception service was professional but not that courteous. Good as a base with everything you need, but not for a spending time in the apartment, would be a bit dull.

The receptionist was not very friendly, when I walked in she was chatting with other hotel staff and failed to even acknowledge me once for almost 5 minutes. After standing by reception for over 5 minutes she finally attended to me.
Could do with more training. Rooms were very clean and spacious. It also has a washing machine and dishwasher etc all in the room.
Would probably stay here again if I am in the area
