Comfortable, but lacked character

Apartments are fairly basic in design, no pictures on walls, felt a bit impersonal. Reception service was professional but not that courteous. Good as a base with everything you need, but not for a spending time in the apartment, would be a bit dull.

price is good for this service apartment. the room is clean and big. one disadvantage is that there are not too many dining options around the apartment. the comfort of the bed can be improved too as it seems to be sinking in the middle. other than that, i will recommend this hotel for short stay.

Hard to find without help from receptionist

unfortunately the apartments had a problem with bugs (small cockroach type creatures) I woke up to them falling on my pillow and there was one down the loo and several around the room in the morning! I think they were coming out of the air vents?
On the whole though the room was great, had I been spending anymore than a night there I would have had to have them sort out the extra "guests"

Great convenient location with all the mod cons

The room is large, clean and well maintained. I like the fact that it has a balcony and a small but well equipped kitchen. The front entry to the building is very secure and well lit. There is a small convenience shop on the corner of the building in case you like to make your own breakfast. Westfield and McDonalds are only a short stroll away if you prefer affordable meals. One time a bottle of hair conditioner leaked all over my clothes in my luggage and I got to use the washing machine and dryer in my room, I am so thankful it saved my day.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurants are all walking distance away and the bus stop for a free public bus is just a block away.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We were very happy with the Fiori & will definately stay there again. The position is excellent & the apartment was wonderful. Ver large with a large balcony.
