Personnel at this hotel went over and above what was expected. Breakfast is delicious. Four Seasons is in a wonderful location in Sydney where no car is neeeded. You can walk to most major sights and it is entirely safe. Close to the restaurants and clubs of The Rocks area which is busy every night of the week. The Hotel is clean, personnel are very helpful. We used the concierge numerous times. They printed directions, offered us water etc. for day trips. I hope to return and would highly recommend.
Restaurant Tip : Cafe Sydney...ask for outside seating and make a booking to insure a view of the harbor.

nothing, the hotel was fabulous. What a great hotel! The location, friendliness of the reception staff on booking in, the concierge with helpful hints and tips and restaurant suggestions, it was all superb! We had arranged for a harbour and bridge view room; however when we arrived, the room requested was not available, and so the very charming and friendly receptionist automatically upgraded to a suite that still had a view of the opera house but not the bridge. The room was great and it was really something to sit in the window and watch the sun rise over the opera house. The location is ideal as it is only a short walk to the Rocks district with good restaurants and shops one way, and 10 minutes downtown to the main shopping area the other way. Highly recommended for a special stay in Sydney
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you have the time and the stomach (it can get very rough outside of the harbour) I would recommend the whale watching trip you can get from the harbour - we saw 3 humpback whales, a mother, juvenile and her baby - very special.
