Fong K. Solo travelers Hong Kong, April 01, 2012	Good location with excellent Service Service 8.7 The receiption guy is very nice and tried to give me the room with the best view at highest level! The lobby is also very grand, but the public service is a bit old compared with Four Seasons Macau. It's rather surprised that they don't have bathing salt. Restaurant Tip: If you want to have breakfast buffet in hotel, better queue up earlier!

Many great little places to see and eat or party if you want. Hotel is classy and respectful. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Best part of Sydney by a mile with easy access to all other attractions.

Couples Australia, March 17, 2012	Great and experienced service on all fronts Good location 6.7 very good location close to a lot of sites. staff and concierge were extremely helpful and had great detailed knowledge of sydney. this made our time away very convenient and easy (no need to research!). our room was satisfactory although i thought it was a bit small. it has been renovated but in general the building is fairly old and is beginning to show in places.

And the opera house view is amazing, but the style and the decoration is old-fashioned, very disappointed, if only count into the interior of the hotel, I can't believe that it is one of five-star hotel, so the re-furniturised is a must.

Breakfast was very good but that was about all 5.7 Very disappointed with standard of hotel more a 3 star not 5 star as advertised. First room the AC did not work and took the hotel two hours to move us to another room, which then smelt of stale tobacco ! Room was missed a service twice out of six days. Room was very small and cramped, bed was OK but room was shabby. When reporting problems, the staff on the main desk, they seemed to smirk and find it amusing. We have stayed in a Four Seasons Hotel before and that is why I chose this one - not the Four Seasons standard we are used to.

Couples Indonesia, January 28, 2012	Best location but small room Best location, comfortable bed, nice view 8.7 the four season location is facing the iconic operahouse n the famous harbour bridge. walking distance almost to everywhere, from train station, botanical garden, the amazing qvb and off course to shopping area. the room is classicly decorated with a very comfortable bed. we also very impress with the hospitality of their staff, we even got 2 bottle of mineral water when they knew that we were going to the botanical garden. although it would be perfect if the room size is bigger. overall we would definetely recommend this beautiful hotel and will stay here again for sure.
