Fantasic accomodation that is modern so well equipped. Apartments have kitchen and laundry facilites in most rooms with lots of space comfortable funky furniture. Our room had no view as we were on one of the lower floors and we looked straight into the next building but the majority of rooms are on higher floors and get a better view. Really great accomodation that would suit all types of people, in a perfect location for exploring Sydney, only a couple of minutes walk from Darling Harbour. The rooms are modern and really well equipped with the kitchen area enabling you to cook for yourselves and avoid pricey meals out all the time. Our room had kitchen/dinner/lounge and separate bathroom and bedroom. Enough luxury to feel like an hotel but practical enough to make it feel like home.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Enjoy sipping cocktails at any of the many bars and restaurants at Darling Harbour and watch the world go by.

Quiet rooms
Stylish decor
Great service Showers rather than bath tubs in most rooms Fraser Suites manages to combine a great central location (almost next door to the QVB) with rooms that are among the quietest I've stayed in in Sydney. The decor is stylish and comfortable, and there is a good, uncroweded gym and pool. The service is great too - very helpful and friendly

I been inthis hotel lots of time very good service start check in easy and quick.car park good security upto your room clean carpetgood smell good.this hotel close to shopping ,bus,train station,eatting place everything easy u dont need to walk to mush to go anywhere they in the middle.i reccommened fraser suit in sydney is thebest.thanks

Amazing facilities, great room with fabulous view. Business center is not open during the weekend or in teh evenings. It is a very luxurious building located minutes walk from the Darling Harbour and right in the center of the city, minutes walk from the QVB. The staff is very nice and helpful and the gym is just great. The studio room is not big but has everything you need and it is very clean.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you get a good rate on this hotel - take it.

Excellent location being just a few steps from the subway system & near a lively part of town. Rooms are well equipped + maintained & the staff were very prompt in their service. Car parking is a little excessive in price Fraser Suites Hotel was a good selection for a week in Sydney - located near the City centre but not too claustrophobic. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds & furniture. The staff were very welcoming + helpful. China Town is very close so there are plenty of good Oriental restaurants nearby, offering a rich selection
Restaurant Tip : Good Vietnamese restaurant in Kent Street very close to hotel. Excellent cafe in next building.

Great location, fabulous room! This hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Darling Harbour, fab location! The hotel itself is beautiful. Being a suite it offers a full kitchen, separate bedroom, washer, dryer, tv and cable. The staff are very friendly and prompt with any queries. Just outside the hotel are lots of little coffee shops, and it is only 1 block away from George Street. We would definitely go back!

Good location for business use, pretty good for tourists.
Great suite, comfortable bed, very helpful staff.
Handy kitchen - in-suite laundry a huge bonus Expensive wired internet ($A25 a day) and expensive room service ($A25 for a burger though I don't know if they add a service charge to that or not) Fraser Suites would be a great base for either business or pleasure in Sydney. It is a short walk to Darling Harbour, the monorail, Chinatown and the CBD. Kent St is a relatively quiet downtown street - no freeway or trains running past your window. The suite has excellent facilities if you want to cook your own meals, do your laundry etc. It is quiet and very light and airy (though there was no view worth speaking of from our 14th floor room - perhaps you'd do better if you could get on the 40th floor facing west).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk to Chinatown to eat - great food court there or try the restaurants. To get to the Opera House or zoo, walk to the aquarium (half a mile) and catch the big green city ferry which is cheaper than the Matilda launch and slower (what's your rush?) Runs about every half hour.

In the heart of the city.
Recently refurbished. Everything looks new!
Had great views of the city. They charge an hourly rate for late checkouts.
Rooms are a tad small.
Room service ends at 10pm. My only gripe is that there was no 24hr room service and also, oddly enough, for a rather newish hotel there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Overall though, a very nice hotel with friendly staff and nice new furnishings and fixtures. Also ideally located near the main shopping district.
Shopping Tip : Great location if you're going to do a lot of shopping as you don't have to go very far to drop off your day's purchases!

Location is centrally located and very easy ( by walking) to any city junctions. I stayed in a 1-Bed Room Suite and was spaciuos and well planned. Very friendly staff who very much made pleasant my request for early check-in. A little of a distance from Darling Harbour, but if you are without any small kids, it should be a very easy and pleasant walk. The hotel offers a very convenient location (merely 3 minutes walk to TownHall Train Station). Being centrally located, other amenities such as supermarkets( Coles and Woolsworth) is only less than 5 minutes walk. Furthermore, the room is well designed and spaciously layout. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. All the rooms have glass-windowed balcony which gave it a very modern appeal. I would definitely come back .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is only minutes away from Darling Harbor and the Sydney Harbor. It is also just a little walk away from Hyde Park. Take your time and explore the place. I had an excellent time during my stay in this hotel

Beautifully appointed apartment style room, very modern, private. Central. Breakfast was over priced.
Extra bed was some linen thrown on the couch (which was hard) and charged at 50 dollars extra per night. A trundle bed would of been more suitable. Fraser park suites is a beautifully presented apartment style hotel with great facities, you could stay there long term quite comfortably.
Shopping Tip : Shopping was good at Westfield bondi Junction which was easy to get to by train. Oxford street not bad but not much for women.

Modern building and facilities, friendly and professional staff, great sized suites, location No complaints. Was happy with our stay. This is the second time I've visited Fraser but first time as a guest. It's everything I remember it to be.
Friendly professional staff who smile and greet you when you come and go. We left them a box of pikelets and alfalfa that we couldn't take with us!
Nice spacious rooms that have LCDs in the bedroom and living room as well as a DVD player for the outside LCD TV.
The location is on a relatively quiet part of Kent Street but it's not unsafe. One parrallel street down from the main cinema area of George St and next to the "Spanish Quarter" along Liverpool Street. Further up Liverpool Street there are also a lot of Korean restaurants. A couple of blocks from Chinatown.
We were on the 29th floor facing Darling Harbour. Room was very big. Bed was comfortable enough. Didn't use the kitchen facilities but they were there if we wanted to.
Nice touch with the check-in option of choosing which papers to have delivered in the morning. No additional costs.

Cool room designs and space, professional and helpful staff Average food from room service Frasers Suites is the best interpretation of a new style of lodging. I am traveling extensively around the world for business and pleasure, cannot stand any longer the boring staying at impersonal chain hotels and it is not always possible to enjoy small boutique hotels with adequate service. Frasers is a perfect alternative, modern and cool atmosphere and, above all, a "home" feeling. Great Service.

Brand new modern hotel and rooms, great pool and spa, very accommodating staff Booked for 3 people but the room was only setup for 2. I went with 2 girlfriends for a Hens Weekend Away. The hotel was great for what we needed- it was very central to where we wanted to go. We arrived extremly early but the hotel staff were able to organise something for us and check in was very smooth. The room was very modern and well set out and the pool and spa was definately one of the highlights.
Hotel Feature Tip : Definately try out the pool- it is suspended with clear panels on the bottom where you can see out. Very daring.

Really close to town hall and darling horbour. My family and I were very enjoy this hotel although we only stayed one night for flight. We could access the nearby shopping mall during the short period of time. My daughter was most enjoy the facility of hotel provided.

Hotel suit consist of fully furnished kitchen for those who like to entertain their own recepie cooking. For such a beautiful hotel, I'd like to see improvement with the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is in the middle of the city with a five minute walk to the Darling Harbour wharf. The IMAX Theatre, the aquarium and other tourism sites are all in close proximity. There are plenty of shopping venues for those who enjoy entertaining their wallets. All in all, the hotel boasts a modern outlook in a position that is convenient for those who enjoy the city life.
