Comfortable and easy - bit tight for space if need

We only needed a bed for a couple of nights and it suited us prefectly. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast compared favourable with any of the big (expensive) hotels we have stayed with. The bathrooms although shared were clean and worked well - although the shower water was inconsistant in temperature. Parking could be difficult at times. Altogether a successful stay for us and would go back. Would look forward to relaxing in the garden.

lovely neighbourhood close to ferry to the city

I booked a single room all of which are located on the ground floor, and it was surprisingly quiet. Lovely huge old 'house' , garden grounds with shady trees, a nice place to relax on a sunny day. Easy walking distance to Milsons Pt train station through Kirribilli village full of eateries. Take a nice walk around the bays either way, under the harbour bridge, Luna Park etc. This hotel really is in such a great location, a restful haven after busy noisy shopping in central Sydney. Also, great cooked breakfast for all guests.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a swim in the North Sydney Pool located near entrance to Luna Park, amazing to swim outdoors, as you feel as if you are almost under the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
