Food, Drink and Entertainment
Picture the earthy tones and abundance of natural light of the glass brasserie and Zeta bar, enhanced by global wine on a grand scale courtesy of resident Master of Wine, Dr Ron Georgiou. Or would you prefer the magnificent Marble bar or the soul of the GAB bar. You'll find four great destinations all under the one roof at Hilton Sydney.
Zeta Bar Warm colours. Cool crowd. The Zeta bar is Sydney’s gift to the chic set – the place in town to unwind over a smooth cocktail, a chilled beer or a varietal delicacy hand-selected by resident Master of Wine, Dr Ron Georgiou. Covet a sublime sense of space and style with multi-award winning and multi-faceted bar mixologists consultant Grant Collins and Bar Manager Mikey Enright - leading trendsetters in the Sydney bar scene. Kick up your Italian loafers on the terrace and take in the city skyline. There’s no better place in town to soak up the Sydney city vibe.
Marble Bar Built in 1893 and preserved in all its opulent glory throughout Hilton Sydney’s extensive renovations, the Marble bar is both a haven of Victorian excess and a stylish place to enjoy live music, an Aussie ale, a fine wine or a classic cocktail. Step into its graceful interior and surrender to the charms of its marble arches, stained glass doors and ceilings, ornate carved mahogany bars and famous gallery of Julian Ashton rural nudes.
Glass Brasserie You’d have to be very brave to open an uptown brasserie in Sydney’s competitive market. But then not too many restaurants can bring together glass brasserie’s unique roll-call of talent. Like celebrated New York designer Tony Chi whose gift of timeless beauty and elegance is a testimony to Sydney’s sense of open space and bright, natural light. And star chef Luke Mangan who makes the most of Sydney’s abundant local produce prepared using classical French techniques.
GAB Bar GAB is an elegant, chic, soulful space specialising in funky tunes and great drinks that make it ideal for after-work or midweek. It is not only at night where patrons can enjoy a drink and a smile in this friendly watering hole. With an idyllic CBD location GAB offers an ever-changing experience for both night and day patronage. The modern feel of the space lit in a frosted glass surrounding adds to the effect of the trendy interiors which is ever so cosy. It's a quirky and classy retreat from the chaos of the city outside. We suggest you ease in with one of a selection of domestic and international beers that our skilled bar team will serve you.

Location, staff, and the executive lounge/rooms are a must.
Can hear a decent amount of noise in the hallways.
Stayed here after a 3 week journey through australia. the rooms were newly remodeled and nice. great view. the staff was very helpful. great central location. easy access to circular quay, darling harbor and museums. staff was helpful to navigate and resourceful for helping find things like camera shop. for the price, will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was great. It was right in the centre of the city with access to clubs, pubs and restaurants. It was also within walking distance of China Town as well as Darling Harbour. Great location.
We were promised a newspaper in the morning that never arrived. We also received a check-out slip stating that the room rate was still oweing.
The breakfast in the Executive Lounge was also quite average.
We stayed in an Executive Suite on the 38th floor which gave us access to the Executive Lounge for breakfast and drinks. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom however had a shower that had the potential to wet the whole bathroom floor. The hotel also did not provide toothbrushes which I assumed were standard. Overall the experience was good, however I did not think that it was worth the price for the room type we got. The room wasn't that large. Another point to note is that the bottom of the hotel is quite crowded on Friday and Saturday nights due to the clubs at the bottom of the hotel.

Very good service.\nVery good room equipments and facility.\nVery good location.
The bed is a little too soft, but generally it's fine.
Although staying in Hilton Sydney is not cheap, I would certainly recommand you this excellent hotel for several reasons. First of all, the service here is very good. They clean you room many times a day but without any disturbance. Every time I went back to my room, I was so surprised how the staff know when we leave the room and help us clean the room. In addition, each time they clean your room, they put two chocolates on the corner of our bed, and at every evening, they leave us a card incidating the weather tomorrow. These are minor but showing their dedicate carefulness. Besides good service, room organization and equipments are very well. What's more, the shower gel, body lotion, and so on, all of them are made by CRABTREE
