great location, close to Darling Harbour and central station
Was upgraded from 2 king size singles to 2 queen size so that was good. Everything was fine. Good location, close to Darling Harbour and walking distance to Central Station. Staff were great, had breakfast in restaurant below which was fine. Very good location if you want to spend time at darling harbour. Rooms very modern and facilities great. I recommend to stay here.

Nice hotel, good location in Sydney, close to Central Station, easy access to city bus services. Good concierge service. Room standard good. Cost acceptable.
Major difficulty in first-time access with a hired car as hotel is in the middle of a one-way street system. Booking sites should give info. on car access.
This a well-run hotel at an affordable room rate.
It is centrally located, close to Central Station and with easy access to the city bus services.
The bedroom was well furnished and, on the 8th floor was quiet. The concierge service was very good and heavy luggage was handled with ease. The major difficulty, in our particular case, was first-time access with a hire car, as it is in the middle of a one-way street system. We did not use the restaurant facilities as we regarded the prices high compared to local places in which to eat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit the adjacent Chinese Gardens.

- comfortable bed and large room
- at the centre of city.
- poor follow up action from reception desk.
- hygiene at SPA is in doubt.
i booked the hotel via 2 agents. 1st between 25-28 dec and 2nd between 28-29dec. i stated the request to hold same room between this package on 25 dec08. but i find its not held for me on 28 dec 08. but luckily, i finally got the same room.
the water at spa is seemingly not change for every single usage. sounds not hygenic enough.
the room is big and queen bed is comfortable.

The hotel is quite near many attractive places like entertainment center, IMAX, darling harbor and star city.
The room is near the street, so maybe a little noisy at night.
I like this hotel, easy to get from the airport, after the work here, i can go to the darling harbor to enjoy the night view, quite wonderful experience.

Close to markets, China Town, great eating places, opposite Sydney Entertainment Center, within walking distance from Darling Harbour
Not very competitive price
The hotel is a great choice for those who wants to stay close to China town. It's very close to Sydney CBD and a lot of shops, restaurants. Paddy's Market is only 3 minutes away, Darling Harbour is 15 minutes away. In general, the hotel is in a great position. It's very clean, with great housekeepers. The price is not very competitive, even with agents' discount. And, if you book directly through the hotel, you will get nicer rooms (than those booked thru agents), but of course at higher price.

Reasonable price for location;close to city center, activities, restaurant. Only a couple of mins to main street in the city and major transport.
Would like to stay once again when visiting to Sydney. Close to city center and public transport. Cheaper to stay for the location & facility. Nice one.

Location next to china town and paddy's market tram station, very convenient to the edge degree, and parity to the airport shuttle.
Hotel rooms than the old.
AUD130 in Easter to all multi-night operators have children, a room but ran the old facilities are in place, traffic is very convenient, there are tram stops which can be accessed by train to other parts of sydney, and feasible way to darling harbour, if only to go to the street journey has been more than 10 minutes to woolworths and the department stores and restaurants. Downstairs is a china town and paddy's market, there are different options. Whenever there is a china town Friday night market, firms can be the first time after return to hotel to rest.
