The location of the hotel for Allphones arena is great, however customer service goes out the window when there is an event on, we had booked 3 rooms, only 2 were available at 4pm when we went to checkin, the lady on reception was not at all apologetic, not even willing to offer a comp drink vouchers, later we went to the bar to get cocktails before the concert, they remove their cocktails menu when there are events on.
The rooms were small but adequate, great thing was the full block out blinds lovely!! Also the bed was very comfortable.
