Location is perfect as located in downtown

Size of room is small comparing from save level of 3 stars hotel.

I was very impressive at the first time of arrival. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. But I do believe that the cold water in the room should have some problem because it is turbid (not fresh) while hot water has been switched off. However overall it is not too bad. I would recommend freinds to come and stay in future for sure.

Nearby Hydepark and interesting places and promotion of $1 for breakfast

Air-condition is so dirty, It made me runny nose all night and the operator recommended me to move to another room because no one clean it on Sat-Sun.When I moved to another it was the same.I decided to stay at the same room.I don't want to stay with this hotel again.

I don't like the reception room it is small and air-condition is very dirty. I don't want to saty it anymore.Breakfast is very nice.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hydpark, Hay market and Darling Habour

costly locker - AUD 7 per baggage

We arrived the hotel very early - 9am. As it was too early to check in, we would like to leave our baggage in the hotel until we checked in later. We were surprised to learn that there is a AUD 7 charge for each baggage! Hence we just kept the baggages with us in our car. This was the first time I experienced such a high fee for storing customer baggage! We booked a double room but they gave us a twin room. Too tired to argue and change room so my husband and I just stick with it. Then there came the noisy dripping sound in the toilet. We could not sleep with the door open. Not a good experience. The only good thing about the hotel is probably its location.
