Room is pretty standard, hotel is small and kind of old but good for the price.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Wifi can be real slow depending on where you are at and what floor you are on. Also it's not free.

I was given an upgrade from the staff. They gave me a very spacious room with three beds inside. Thanks for that.
The hotel is strategically located at the city center. Shopping malls, food areas, offices, and tourist spots are within reach.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was tidy and bathroom was well designed. The hotel staff was also helpful in answering our queries. The hotel is closely situated to shopping areas along george street and liverpool street and within walking distance to Darling harbour and other places of interests within Sydney City. All in all, a good hotel that is value for money!
