Great reception and bar area Not so good on the pool and gym front and did they run out of money when they decorated the rooms? Great place and great location but furnish the room with some furniture.
Nightlife Tip : Go to Hugos at the wharf - great!!!

Good location, 1 min. to beach and main street. It was under renovation, and the structure of building is a bit confusing, which I guess will be no longer once construction is done. It is worth staying there if you wanna enjoy Manly. Its one of the major hotels in that area with clean and spacious room and nice location: close to main street, pub and beach front! Over half rooms are not facing ocean (not sure), so maybe need to confirm when you book.

I enjoyed the nightlife in this hotel. Very nice crowd every night at the bar/restaurant.

Good value for money, and a beautiful setting.
Restaurant Tip : Walk round to Shelly Beach, and dine at Le Kiosk. Food was outstanding.
