Staff was very friendly. We were tired when we arrived and were glad to see that the bar was open. Met some people and stayed up late with refreshments.
Bathroom seemed small and crowded, but efficient.
Bed was comfortable, although I slept in the small one. Nice day.
The bar was open, hotel clean and friendly.
Fee for airport shuttle. Rooms somewhat small.
Only four channels on television.

One small test of a good hotel, for me, is the look and feel of the bedding -- Ibis scores high in my book!

It would have been great to have had a map to know exactly where to go to catch the hotel's bus from the airport both domestic and international. However this was quickly solved by going to the information desk at the airports and asking, it was then easy to locate.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy to catch the train into the Sydney CBD to look around.

The room was small-- kind of like one of those Japanese style cubicle rooms-- and the halls felt like institutional dormitory accommodations. But the style of the hotel was pretty nice and it was relatively clean and comfortable. Good for utilitarian one-night stay necessity, but expensive for the kind of room it was. Would not be pleasant as a place to stay for vacation.

The hotel is located close to the airport ant it provides a complementary shuttle service from the airport. To the airport an additional fee will be charged.

If I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel very close to the airport (this one is only 1km away) for one night I would certainly choose this IBIS hotel. For that purpose it is more than adequate.

Free shuttle from airport. Charge for return trip and you should book your time at reception to ensure a seat.
