Very average and over priced.
Pretty good location, no sunlight in the morning, close to kings wharf

Very average. We could have paid an extra 100$ and stayed at the four seasons. So it was very over priced. They could not put us in a twin room because they did not want to put staff on to clean it. Only 15 minute free wi-if a day in the lobby, Otherwise have to pay. Not very easy access for public transport. We got a late checkout for 12pm as we flew in late the night before from brisbane and were flying our check out day to hawaii so we wanted a very big sleep in. but they obviously didn't tell housekeeping. So at 10am we got woken up and then again at 11am. Would not recommend this hotel for the price. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for, in it's location for what we wanted to do.
The rooms as some reviews I had read were small but since we only needed it to sleep in it, it more than met our needs.

Rooms are a little small but don't let this put you off particularly if you are a typical business traveller or tourist.
Room was comfortable, modern and quiet despite the location. Staff are helpful - factor in heavy traffic if arriving Friday or Saturday evening .

We came back to the room after a long day only to realise the power socket wasn't functioning, hence unable to charge our necessaries for the next day. it was near winter when my family was there and the heater in the room is faulty too. feedback to the hotel staff and they can only get a technician the following day.
The room is also small compared to the various city hotels I've stayed, there's barely any walking space in the room.
Would not recommend this hotel to friends.
