Rooms are small but very clean. Some do not have windows which may be a very distractive for some.Cheap and good meals just across the street

Right next to the major bus outlet.
Right next to the center train station.
Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Had a fridge and desk space.
Very Quiet place.
Was at first a hard location to find but once you knew where it was it was easy to get back to.
The air was not as cool as preferred.
The room seem to get made up late in the day 3 pm.
No internet access.
Was a wonderful place to stay and would stay there again. Central to anything you would want in Sydney. Staff was helpful and seemed to want you to have nice experience. Food was right around the corner at all times of days and night. There was an internet cafe across the street that was cheap, as the hotel had no options for internet at the hotel. I would recommend this place to friends, family, or business people.

Good location (near Central station), clean, simplistic modern design.
Front desk operates from 9am until 9pm only
Booked this hotel after reading numeric reviews on it. When I first reached the hotel and headed to the front desk, there were 2 people sitting there and it seems to me like one was giving some sort of briefing to another. I stood at the front desk for a while watching the both of them talk to each other. Neither acknowledged my presence and continued to talk for about a minute before one of them assisted me. Things were OK after that as the one who assisted me was helpful and informative. Would have been better if they had just given some acknowledgment to me as a customer to wait for a minute while they discussed some important matters.
Other than that, the hotel is fine with a great location just minutes away from Central Station.
