The room is described as 'premium' single. It's really only adequate, and space is what's at a premium. No table for eating at or setting up your laptop, so don't plan on doing anything more here than watching TV and sleeping.

Overall is a good stay.
Easy access to public transport, nearby restaurants and also near supermarket.

The hotel is easy to find and also have easy access to the public transport. The “King Cross Station” is just 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel and the bus stop is just few steps away. The area has plenty of restaurants and there is also Woolworth nearby where you can get all your groceries. Overall, it was a good stay; the room was clean as well as the shared bathroom.

Had a delightful stay.
The hotel is centrally located, very accessible to public transport. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating and room and toilets are clean and well maintained.

It was a delight to stay at Macleay Lodge. The surrounding area is quiet and filled with boutique shops and quality restaurants. For families with older children who are travelling on a budget, this place is perfect!
