good location,fast check in
cleaning said starts at 10,but somehow, start at 8:30
interupt my sleep
overall, the hotel room is good and clean, good location and price in such high season, provide many convinient services, such as food room services in room internet, and express check out. however,as said before the cleaning said on the room card starts at 10,but somehow, start at 8:30 interupt my sleep, and those express check out notice letter may put in the room in firs came in, not like some post put under the door before the day, it is kind of makes people feel unsafe about the personal belonging.

The hotel is awesomely located in the heart of Sydney CBD area. It's just 5mins walk from the Central station if you take Eddy Avenue exit. Since it's just recently refurbished, the room was clean, the aircon and tv worked well. The staff was very helpful that you can store your luggage in the store room and grab it whenever you need it. Walkable distance to Paddy's market, Chinatown, Chinese Garden and Darling Harbour.
It was a great trip to Sydney, certainly will come back to stay there. There's a free CBD shuttle bus that goes around the main tourist spot in CBD area. The taxi fare from the airport to the hotel was around $30. Should try to have yum cha at the East Ocean restaurant, just a short walk from the hotel towards Paddy's market.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try to use the Free CBD shuttle bus efficiently.

I only spent one night in the hotel as I was in transit and I wanted a hotel close to Central station. Your hotel served my purposwe and was very quiet and comfortable. I would stay there again as it is so convenienAt to the station and the CBD in general.

Nice and big rooms. Rooftop with swimming pool
Most of the staff was a bit unattended, with a few exceptions. Breakfast was quite pricey and when I asked for cheese they said they'd charge extra. No in room safes.
Good location just by the central station. Walking distance to many of Sydney's attractions. TV wasn't working at first, they promised they'd send someone to have a look at it but they never came so I had to call again.
Most of the staff gave poor service, except for 2-3 people who were brilliant. Internet was very restricted, even though you paid for a week you'd very likely have to re buy because you'd pass your data transfer limit.
Hotel Feature Tip : Roof top swimming pool. Walking distance to malls/attractions/buses/trains.

Very good location close to Central Station, Darling Harbour and Chinatown.Room was clean and spacious
Although a room with king size bed was booked, a room with two singles was allocated when we arrived. The room proved to be noisy due to a thin adjoining door to the next room. There was no bath only a shower which was fine for us, but could be a consideration for some people.
This is a centrally located hotel which looks like it has been recently refurbished. There is a pleasant swimming pool and lounge area on the roof which was an added bonus. The hotel was well priced and I would consider good value for money. The rooms were clean and functional. Staff were pleasant and helpful and dealt appropriately with my complaint about the noise. I was moved as soon as possible-the next day- and given a complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.
Restaurant Tip : Emerald Garden Chinese Restaurant served excellent food

The hotel was situated in an excellent location - quiet yet very central. The unit was large, well decorated and comfortable, with a totally luxurious shower.
The car parking facility was fine but I believe the cost of car parking should be included in the price of the room. I would prefer to pay a higher up-front fee rather than have this type of additional add ons.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely stay there again when we are next in Sydney. The room was clean, large, modern and attractive with all the facilities we required available.
The central location makes it a top spot to stay. You could comfortably and safely walk to most central city venues. When you were staying in the room it was quiet and you felt secure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is an excellent place to stay if you are attending a show at the Entertainment Centre

Very good service
Quiet
Comfortable
Great location
The advertising said it was close to Central Station but it isn't close enough to walk with a heavy suitcase.
Also, why not put jugs of iced water in the retaurant?
On the way to the Marque the taxi driver argued with me that the hotel was pronounced Marquee but this was the only negative in my stay. I arrived quite late at night from a flight from NZ but the hotel staff were helpful and energetic in getting me and my heavy suitcase to my room.
The bed was comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for a central location. The next morning I was delighted to be able to walk to Paddy's Market.
I spent some time in the hotel lobby as I waited for relatives and I noticed the friendly and can-do approach of the staff on the desk as a myriad of requests flowed. The Marque has the friendliness and charm of a small hotel but the efficiency of a large one.
I will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to others.
Shopping Tip : Paddy's Market

Location is excellent! Right across the road from the Central Rail station. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
Housekeeping during our stay was not always up to a high standard.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Marque Hotel, . I rang to confirm on the day and requested a high floor room on the back of the hotel, which was perfect. We slept well and the room was comfortable and well appointed.
We will definately stay there again.

Room is spacious enough for 2 people, near railway station and Darling Harbour.
Breakfast not included with the room, no cable television and need to pay for wireless access.
The room is roomy enough for 2 people with space to spare and the service is not too shabby either, I love the fact that it is located within walking distance from the nearest railway station and it is near Darling Harbour. The hotel service can be further improved if they will consider providing free internet access to the guests.
Restaurant Tip : There's a Japanese ramen restaurant just round the corner, the ramen is really tasty and the serving is huge, it's a must try.

The reason i booked this hotel because the deal was good and i didn't have much choice sine i left it very late. The main objective is to be near exhibition center and this one was the closest (and wiht rooms available). The distance is about 1.5 km and when the weather was beautiful, it was an enjoyable 20 mins walk.
The room and amenities are ok. It is also clean. I spent 3 night and still cannot figured out how to operate the television. There are many convenient stores near the hotel so i am able to grab hold of things easily. I was very much let down when i asked the staff to borrow one of the adapter for electric socket, he simply relied; we have run out and please go get one from near by 7/11.
The hotel is close to China town so there are plenty of chinese restaurant to choose from. Also it's near to the Darling Harbour so plenty of restaurant to chooose really.
The downside i experieced was since the hotel is right on the corner of a main road in Sydney and opposite a major train station and since my stay span across friday and saturday night, there are many of loud cars and noisy people travelling back and forth from clubbing areas. Basically, it's hard to go to sleep.

clean , nice, good place, good price
Parking is very expensive 35$ a day, no wireless internet
I stayed 2 night in a premier room with king bed . it is a nice hotel and the room was clean. new furniture. i did not use other facilities like restaurant. i used the parking because it is hard to park on the street. hoever, i thing there parking cost is too much.
so in general it is good and i recommended.
Restaurant Tip : close by Halal resturant offer nice meals

The recent refurbishments give the feel of a top class hotel. It felt luxurious. It is very convenient to public transport - just across the road from Central Railway and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel
Nothing - we were very satisfied with everything.
The entrance is clean and modern with plenty of light. The desk staff are friendly and patient. The lifts are very efficient - no having to wait for several minutes whilst lifts swish up and down. The recent refurbishments give the impression of staying in a brand new hotel. It is very convenient to public transport - just across the road from Central Railway and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very convenient to public transport and hotel is situated in well known, safe part of the city

Location, location, location
Coffee shop did not open early enough before we had to leave for the airport
Very easy to book online for this hotel. It contained all of trhe information necessary to figure out whether this was the right place to stay. We were looking a place within walking distance of the Central Train Station where we came from the airport for an overnight before heading to NZ. The remodel of the hotel inside was outstanding and the outside was deceiving and should be ignored.
Shopping Tip : You have to visit Paddy's Market Thursday through Sunday and holidays

Really nice room
Good value
Helpful staff
The balcony is shared between all the other out-facing rooms on the floor, and ours was just concrete, really.
Stayed here for a night while seeing a concert in Sydney. The room was really nice - a massive soft bed, all new decor, rainwater shower head. Staff were friendly and helpful too - gave me directions, easy check-in/out. Didn't make use of any of the facilities or restaurant, but the foyer, the room and the staff were certainly comparable to, or better than, those at 4 star hotels at which I have stayed previously. Good location - near central station - was a good base from which to go to the concert at Horden Pavilion and then to go into the city the next day. Pick a non-balcony room, I'd say - the balcony is shared between all the other out-facing rooms on the floor, and ours was just concrete, really.
