The Hotel has a weak reservation sytem, please double and triple check if they have your reservation, when we arrived with our Agoda Voucher the Hotel told us, that our rooms were not booked. AGODA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOLD, they fixed it up in the end, and we landed up being the winners.
Close to city, parking right under the building, and although charged it is reasonable. Rooms are decent, recently refurbished - Staff is polite
Could improve on food quality and taste, a better directory system for internal numbers

the room was very nice - worth the money.
the stuff was grumpy and wasn't nice.
i would go back because of the cheap price.
the location is perfect. there is a train station 50 M from the hotel that will got you anywhere you need to go.

Generally it is quite reasonable hotel especially it is close to to city central, however
Drainage on the bath room did not work so the water flooded and receptionist did not try to fix it except by mopping the floor.
the lift is old, you need to press button and hold it otherwise the lift will not come up. I waited for 10 mins before I realised the problem
