For being excellently located right in the heart of Sydney the Maze is pretty reasonably priced. The community life-style here is great for backpacking around the country and looking for others to meet up with. For night-life lovers you won’t need to leave the hotel at all, and if you do, it’s all in the area. You get 15 free drinks on arrival. That’s right. 15. The idea here is drinking, lots and lots of drinking. The community atmosphere here brings management and guests together –you’re not going to feel like an outsider. After all is said, this is the hippest spot to party and make friends on a shoe string.

tiny rooms, crowded, dirty bathrooms (Ladies)
We booked a double and got a tiny room with two bunk beds to the main road. Traffic is bad and since the building opposite was refurbished we did not get too much sleep.
