Happy with the service and good value for money.
Not too happy with the location, but would be an excellent place to stay if flying in and out of Sydney.
The hotel sits close to the international airport and the room we stayed in had excellent views of this. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel meets the expectations of the 3.5 star rating. If you need to be close to the train station, its about 15 minutes walk to Wolli Creek station..however travelling by Taxi is easier (although the availability of taxi's was not too great). Overall, happy with the stay.

Very comfortable bed, right across from a park and near Botany Bay.
Not much in the area, but that can't be helped. Charging for the ride to and from the airport seems silly and they make it seem free.
This hotel was just what we needed for our stay over. A comfortable bed, a great bartender and excellent, kind staff. It was on the expensive side, but at least the bed was really nice.
Hotel Feature Tip : The park right across the street is very nice.

I loved the bed..and the fact I had a pillow menu! The shower was lovely, and the staff were very kind.
The shower was a bit confusing to work as had to change from bath to shower and this took a while to work out and had no directions. Also a list of local things to do would be good.
I enjoyed staying at the mercure hotel in sydney and would definately stay there again. It was in a fasntastic location to the airport and had a great layout. The reception was welcoming and the rooms were clean, tidy and well furnished. The restaurant was fantastic and the bar catered to all my wine and dining needs.
