Service in the dining area was slow, staff needed training in reading body language ie customer turning on chair trying to eyeball staff when requiring service but not being quickly picked up by staff member. Ticked over-rated box because of this area of service in the restuarant.

1. helpful staff but most have sour faces. The only staff with sincere service is a lady at Priority desk.
2. Beddings are very smelly. Suspect they are not changed after the last guest. unbecoming of 4* hotel.
3. Location tho convenient but at busy road and able to hear traffic noise as windows are not sound proof.
