Less than satisfactory compared to last year

i chose this as last year when I stayed, it really was so impressionable. This time round, though proximity to Kings Cross and eateries and supermarkets still a big draw, but the service has dropped. Depending on who is on duty, staff sometimes are curt, not acquainted with the neighbourhood and quick to want you off the phone. Think I will try the hotel just across the street from Mercure. Thank you for the stay in 2012 though. 2013 could have beeen better.
