Conveniently located only minutes from Sydney’s CBD in the leafy suburb of Waterloo, Meriton Serviced Apartments - Danks Street comprises of 167 fully self contained furnished apartments. Nicely nestled amongst the residential precinct know as Crown Square, the property is just a short distance from trendy Danks Street cafes, restaurants, markets and the popular Hillsong Church. Well designed for both business and leisure travelers, guests will feel right at home while staying at these fully self-contained oversized apartments, all of which have fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, which includes clothes washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
Please contact the hotel directly to arrange alternate bedding configuration. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel on check in. Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name and credit card. If you arrive after 10:00 pm, security will assist you with checking into your apartment.

Your own inner city pad

Every year my landlords (who are good friends) come home for 4 weeks at Christmas, which means I move out. We have an arrangement that makes this a most feasible offer. For the last few years, I have stayed with friends or otherwise. This year I decided not to impose on anyone, and looked for a short-term apartment. Agoda turned up a fantastic deal with Meriton Danks St. Since New Years Eve I have been enjoying a 'staycation' in my own city!
My 1 bedroom apartment is large, spacious and fully airconditioned. It is quiet, facing into the main quandrangle. Kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook, with thoughtful little supplies of sugar, coffee, tea, milk, dishwashing balls and liquid gels. The laundry has both a washer and dryer so you feel right at home and self sufficient. Any questions or problems easily solved.
Coles and cafes are right round the corner, all open on New Years Day. Try the new St Judes cafe down the road for a superior Sydney breakfast or lunch. Promised daily refreshes of towels and bedmaking have been discreetly delivered, full service twice weekly. Even 1 GB of free WiFi!
Whilst looking forward to going home, I recommend Meriton Danks St if you are a business traveller or need to be in this area for any reason. It really is more than a hotel.

Great apartments, so much better than we thought!

Great stay over NYE.s 2012. Apartments were ideally located, short distance from the hustle and bustle, but nearby Surrey Hills for the quirky up an coming part of town. Al in all a great place!
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Surrey Hills to the BYO Vietnamese restaurant - incredible!
