Walk in shower would have been helpful as we are a mature aged couple

Perfect for entertaining
Room was amazing with city views and plenty of balcony area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only 1 lift causes delays so would be better if there was another one.

Good all-rounder
Rooms were good, liked the 2 storey layout of the appartment. Nice and close to everything. Friendly staff. Can definitely recommend this one if you're staying in Parra 👍

King bed
Very disappointed to have two single mattresses put together and advertised as a king bed. When I mentioned this to staff their response was just have we got your email address???? False advertising for a premium price.

Noisy and unpleasant stay
On checking in found the safe not working. Light in living room flickering and latch for door to balcony broken. Reported all this to reception. When we left 4 days later nothing had been fixed. Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Had a short circuit cos the iron was faulty and the water had leaked out and was all over the floor. Very noisy - traffic noises. And one night very noisy neighbors- conplained to reception twice (4.30am and 5.30am. It's only only when complained of the entire corridor smelling of cigarette smoke did the night manager come up to check. Very unsatisfactory stay.

would not stay there again
hot water took long time to heat up some one walk into my room without knoking on the door they forgot to leave tiollet paper in the room carpark is a stange system in place
