Very comfortable room with perfect location in CBD of Sydney.
Helpful staff, room was clean and in good condition.The view could have been better but still good enough. Indoor pool and gymnasium, and in house parking, reasonably priced considering the location.
Overall very clean and pleasant place to stay, no complaints!

It was one of the best experience I've had for my stay in Sydney. I really, really like the rooms. They're cosy, comfortable, clean and well furnished. I can get a spectacular view of the whole city as we were staying on the 33rd floor. The apartment was within walking distance to Westfield shopping mall, Woolworth supermarket, chinatown, darling harbour and the rocks. Overall, it was a great experience!

every thing was very good. the only complaint was that the garbage disposal and dishwasher were hooked to a faulty switch, so didn't work the first two days, but was quickly fixed the same day we informed the front desk staff.
Shopping Tip:
Woolworths (for groceries) is around the corner, 2 blocks

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and modern, great view of the city... Was surprised that they took off my bond because we didnt through away the beer bottles
Nightlife Tip:
Plenty of bars and clubs just around the corner... make sure you clean most of your mess before check out or else they will take most of your bond

Great location in middle of city.
Close proximity to attractions, bars and restaurants,shopping. Very comfortable king-sized bed. Windows that open.

Cons: No iron. Tiny bathroom with limited benchspace. Hoped for a balcony and got one the size of a window box.

The negative: My expectations were set really high as the reviews on Tripadvisor were so positive. So it was a bit of a letdown when I reached the apartment with its little lobby. I had a big piece of luggage and several shopping bags but I had to lug them all onto a trolley and push the trolley up to my room myself.
There were no dumbbells in the gym and the pool didn't look inviting.
The positive: The staff were friendly and helpful (except for the incident mentioned above). The apartment was clean -- there was a damp smell which thankfully faded by the second day.
Great location near Town Hall, a route where many buses and trains ply. It's located off a quiet part of Pitt Street.

Requested to open the window after check-in, however we were told that the window cannot be opened due to safety reason. Staff arranged another room which allows us to open the window and the room was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite.

We stayed int he penthouse because their were 6 of us , worked out cheaper and the view was unbelievable

Was not aware of construction work in th efoyer until arriving. Not a big deal,should have been informed of this when booking. Some staff very friendly, some not so much. Check out time of 10am is way too early.
