Young receptionist on arrival was not friendly. She also had not completed the parking voucher correctly ie inserting number to validate payment. This was picked up by receptionist following morning when leaving. Parking at another venue was a real pain as with no short term parking available out the front of The Metro to initially take in/out baggage.

It was very central to all sightseeing & transport, the room was very clean as was the bathroom. The only issue we had was $100 was taken from our credit card on arrival which we didn't know about we were informed it was to cover cost if we had used anything they took a copy of card on arrival. Check in & departure very quick staff also very friendly

The hotel was good, they listened to my request for a quiet room on a high floor (top). Basic but very comfortable. No real gripes other than the room had an adjoining room and the guy next door was talking to someone until midnight and then again from 6am which was pretty annoying. Maybe add curtains for some warmth and final block out.

I had a good stay. The room looked just like the pictures on the internet however was much nicer in real life. Having a small fridge in the room was very useful. I had room service for dinner the night I arrived and it was above expectations.
