Great location and staff
The location was great, room was furnished with necessity. Would like to commend on the helpfulness of the morning staff Mr Robert and Ms Pamela, though I cannot say the same with the night shift lady. Thank you for the extra personal touch :)

It was alright
Rooms are clean and there is free WiFi. It is about 20 min walk away from the Sydney Opera House. Hotel only has one lift, hence, be prepared to wait if it is peak hour.

All good, except unable to open window and wet flo
When just came, it was wet floor in the middle of room. Due to jet lag we fell asleep. When tried to open windows, it was unexpected for me that the windows doesn't have possibility to opening. Except this, all is ok.

Fireworks on air conditioning
Dont be discouraged but before i even forget thats why i am starting this review with the downsides I personally experienced. Myfirst night of stay the noise of air conditioning was tolerable but the rest of my stay was agonizing, the noise was as if there were fireworks inside my room that i had to turn it off becaise plugging in loud volume music in my ears wont even do so i sacrificed sleeping in a very hot/warm room suffocating. I raised it at the female receptionist forgot her name but the next few days were still the same. The noise was so loud that you can hear it even if you're already in the corridor when all other rooms in that floor are not so sad 😧. I was at room 512. Next problem I encountered was during check out, I was charged 15 AUD for 5 breakfast meals when I am not even having breakfast the hotel. But this was fixed by the friendly male receptionist. And because of that it tooked some time almost 30 minutes just to check out. Although i saw other customers who checked out fast and easy. Next, I checked in early like 1130 am on my first day so I had to pay extra 30 AUD the receptionist did not inform me with that includes one buffet breakfast, I only found out when I was checking out, that being said I waisted 15 AUD did not consume the buffet breakfast when I go to their coffee shop every morning to pay for my breakfast so sad. But still this hotel is a GOOD value for money since its centrally located. I just hope they do something about the air conditioning. The male receptionist are far more friendly than the females I don't know but that's what I felt.

My mums room the toilet leaked and they had to move to another room that wasnt as nice. They didnt really help much they ask if they wanted to move to another wgat a dumb question and they where two floors down from us.

Good for one night
I stayed here one night on a business trip. My room was a funny shape but had another single bed. The room looked like it had recently been renovated. The bed was comfortable. The only item I would have liked in the room was a microwave.

the three best things were the location, politeness and helpfulness of staff, cleanliness
very satisfactory. The room was snug and smaller than I thought compared to the photo but otherwise suitable to my needs. I would stay there again
